That Hello page https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/hello/ is a part of Basic (full) demo content as shown in the attached screenshot.
So just install the Basic demo content and edit the created page however you want but please note this method will replace all your current website content so please create current website content backup before installing it.

I installed the demo content, but unfortunately, no “Gillion Showcase” page created it. The menu is just a link that redirects me to the “404” error.
Please try resaving your site permalink settings.
If the issue persists then would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able see it.”?

Not an issue at all.
I logged in to your shared site and tried to install Basic demo content but I am getting error “The execution failed. Please check error.log”.
We are troubleshooting this issue and will update you here ASAP.
To troubleshoot it more could you please share me your site cPanel or FTP details privately?

Thank you for sharing the FTP credentials but it is not working for me and I am getting following error response.

Response: 220-Local time is now 17:18. Server port: 21. Response: 220-This is a private system - No anonymous login Response: 220-IPv6 connections are also welcome on this server. Response: 220 You will be disconnected after 5 minutes of inactivity. Command: AUTH TLS Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity Error: Could not connect to server
Please make sure shared FTP credentials are working or share me cPanel details if you can.

Please make sure you have activated all theme required plugins and try resaving your site permalink settings.

I have tested again but I am still getting the same error. It seems I am getting connected but get disconnected immediately due to inactivity.
Can you provide any other access such as cPanel file manager?

Can you send me a “Gillion Showcase”? Particularly, the demo will be uploaded, but only the “Gillion showcase” is not available.
