Hi guys i have 2 problems with the contact form.
- the success alert it´s not showing in my site, works wrong because you click in send button and then reload the page and go to top not showing anything. It´s possible to show the success alert without reload and in the same place of the form?
- I change the “from” field in the config but nothing change when i receive the email comming with the from field: WordPress and the email wordpress@…. – it´s possible to get the email of the sender with some code in the config?

The unyson contact form doesn’t work with AJAX therefore the page gets refreshed.
If you want to submit contact form data without page refresh then you can do so using the contact form provided by below plugin.

You can add field to the contact form to get sender email address.
You can change email sender name and email address as described in the below page.

It’s hard to troubleshoot the issue without logging in.
Please make sure you have set the Success Message in the contact form settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
Also please use the contact form on separate page without using any other element on the page so that we can test whether it works.
I set this messages ok the subject and the submit button.
I create a test page and the message don´t appear.
Then it seems your site specific issue.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
This can be child theme issue on your site so to confirm it just temporary use the Jevelin theme instead of child theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your child theme issue.
I used Jevelin Theme and the success message appear but not in the index, in a woocommerce product page i enter this page after reload in the index.
Strange.
Now i install the child theme i have in the download folder of jevelin 3.03 version and now the susccess message don´t appear in any page.
I think maybe is some of the code CSS i have or maybe is the rev. slider.

yes it´s right. Only works when i have installing jevelin theme not child theme. I deactivated all plugin.
I make a new test form and now works in the test page.
Maybe i create the form with an old version of jevelin and before the update can´t work. I don´t know.

I have tested on your shared site and the success message displays fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could you please test it clearing your browser cache or using different browser?
I tested the site in IE and Chrome and not work not show anything. Thanks.
Now it is also not working for me.
Please disable the autoptimize and any other cache that you are using on your site and use Jevelin parent theme instead of child theme.
