I’ve the same behaviour that is shown in this post.
What I’ve done
- Install the lastest theme version
- Install Colorlib Plugin to manual excerpt
- Go to framework-customizations/extensions/shortcodes/shortcodes/portfolio/views/view.php to make some changes in this line
<?php echo jevelin_get_excerpt( 10, get_the_excerpt() ); ?>
I’ve found the archive, but there’s no such line in my code (neither parent nor child theme)
Could you help me to fix this? Thank you

As shown in the attached screenshot it is working for some portfolios and some not so please find out what are the difference between them to make it work.
Also would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able to see it.”?

Do you mean the custom excerpt?
The shared credentials doeesn’t work for me and I get an error message as shown in the attached screenshot.
