I want to format the title of my post like your template https://gillion.shufflehound.com/foodie/
I did download this template for my website http://www.drsonamitra.com but the same does not happen.
I need to make half of the title bold like the template you have shown, both on the homepage as well as the blog post

You can achieve this either using strong tag or b tag in the post titles as described in the below topic.
