    Good evening,

     

    Using mega menu. Drop down menu isn’t working properly. The carousel slider isn’t working at all. Arrows displaying but not working. Same if using sub-categories . Touch the icons nothing happened. Hope it comes across what the issue is.

    I visited your shared site and it is working fine for me as displayed in the attached screenshot.

     

    Please test it clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.

    Good morning,

     

    Thank you. What I found out is if I’m logged as admin it doesn’t work if not than it does. May be you can test it. According to the screenshot, what I meant is, if you go to a sub-category menu item which you don’t than it’s not working.

    Solution for this topic

    It is W3 Total Cache plugin issue used on your site.

     

    I disabled the plugin and the menu started working fine.

     

    Please contact W3 Total Cache plugin support to resolve the issue.
