    Hi there,

    I have been using Gillion on a client project, and they raise an issue about Internet Explorer 11.

     

    In attachment, you will see is what it give on your page : https://gillion.shufflehound.com/2017/02/01/common-port-problem-of-new-laptops/

     

    Do you think there is a quick workaround to avoid this floating image to cover the text when one scrolls?

    Hi @Tanzaho,

     

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    To troubleshoot the issue could you please clear the autoptimize cache and any other cache that you are using on your site and temporarily disable it and then test the issue?

    Well, I am not sure about which cache you might be refering too.

    The page I gave you as exemple is your demo site. When I try in “anonymous mode” under IE, I get the same behavior.

    We have not yet updated the theme on the demo site which may be the issue.

     

    Could you please share me your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

    I’ve sent you (in ‘private information field’) the URL to the site.

    I’ve just updated the theme to the latest version and checked that it’s still not working on IE.

    I have notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.

     

    The issue will be fixed ASAP.
