Hello, here is a photo of my image normally and here is a photo when it is the featured image of a post. How do I change it to show it correctly sized when its in the featured image spot.
I will not give you my login and my website is not up. Please see attachments. Ty
First screenshot is normal image, second screenshot is how it appears in the featured image on the site
Hi @zenfiretrading,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
The featured image displays on multiple locations on the site so please share me the screenshot of the whole screen where the featured image is displaying so that I can better understand it.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hows that? Better?
So how do we fix this problem
Here’s more photos to show you as reference. It seems that thumbnails do not correctly resize with Gillian, its a shame it doesnt do this out of the box for a template I purchased.
And then you can see in the last photo, the full correct image size and then in the right corner, the correct thumbnail image. But when you go view the website, everything is not how it should be.
I still don’t understand what type of content element it is so please also share the screenshot from the admin area of your site where you have added it.
Please try regenerating thumbnails on your site using the below plugin.
So the 3 smaller images (the first attached image) is a widget “shufflehound: recent posts”
and the second attached image is a Blog Post Element in WP Bakery
And Force Regenerate Thumbnails does not do anything.
So the 3 smaller images (the first attached image) is a widget “shufflehound: recent posts”
I can see it is getting resized and cropped to the size 80px X 80px
Do you not want to crop those images or anything else?
and the second attached image is a Blog Post Element in WP Bakery
Is the same cropping issue with it?
Do you want to display whole images there without resizing?
yes. ive been trying to do that for some tim now
