Hi @nicolas,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
I would like to know how to change the single product page from this look:
to this look:
It by default displays like that which you can see on this page https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/product/basic-t-shirt/
If it is not displaying like that for you then could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is not displaying correctly so that i can troubleshoot it?
Also, how to setup “sold out” or “sale” stickers on top of the products like on this picture:
You can setup it by editing product as shown in the attached screenshots.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hello to everyone.
Before last update of woocommerce (3.0.3) the visualization work fine. In this last update woocommerce need to update some file:
After this update the visualization is unchangeble.
The footer and title bar have problem, too. The visualization remain default style, without any possibility to change.
Can someone suggest to me how to hide title bar and footer and restore the right visualization?
@sidbicius Please make sure you are using following latest version of Jevelin theme.
Please login to access this file
Also please share the screenshots of the issue.
To help us keep support thread separates could you please create your own thread for your question here https://support.shufflehound.com/forums/forum/jevelin/ instead of replying on others thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
If you want to you can also add reference of this thread in your newly created thread.
We would be more than happy to help you on your new thread.

thanks in advance.
@sidbicius I have replied to your newly created topic so let’s resolve it on your new topic and no need to post here.
Solution for this topic
@nicolas Could you please check it now?
I logged in to your site and saw the theme file woocommerce/content-single-product.php is modified so it was not displaying properly.
I restored the file to original and it is working fine now.
Please note if you make changes in the theme file then you have to make these changes again after theme updation as changes made in the theme files get lost on theme updation so we recommend to make changes using child theme.
Thanks, works perfectly. Sorry if it was my mistake.
I still have one issue, even if I put an item as out of stock it doesn’t appear on the website as out of stock, could you have a look?
(The sale icon is ok and working)
You are most welcome here 🙂

It doesn’t display on the shop page but on product page as shown in the attached screenshot.
But when I put the item in sale and out of stock then the sticker appears:
Any idea?
But when I put the item in sale and out of stock then the sticker appears:
I could confirm the issue on my test site therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
In the meanwhile you can try resolving the issue by using the attached modified child theme of Jevelin theme.
Thanks for the child theme but it auto adds the “sale” sticker on any other product, even if they are not in sale.
Solution for this topic
Try using the attached modified child theme.
The issue is fixed in the following latest version of theme.

You can use this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-theme-and-plugin-upgrades/ to update the theme but before updating take backup of your site from Tools -> Backup so that if anything goes wrong then you can restore it.
