I have one problem. The background image of the blog entry under the title does not expand to its full width. I see three same pictures side by side.
This is probably some template error. If I am logged into WordPress everything is fine.
If I log out, three pictures are displayed again.

Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins

You are trying to upgrade it from the wrong location.
As described above, please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Gillion theme and upgrade the WPBakery page builder plugin from the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
