    Hello,

Currently using Gillon on this dev site: https://35.189.229.170

Few things we haven’t been able to change:

    1. Font of the blog snippets on the homepage (under Must Read).  We are using a custom font, so I have tried putting in a custom css to use the font on the snippet but I can’t even find the right css to change.

    2. The hover link colour: I have changed all the link colours in theme panel but I am still getting a blue link hover colour, this is also under Must Read items on the homepage

    3. Homepage layout settings in theme panel: I have tried all of them, clicked update but the homepage looks the same with all settings.  I want full width with no side panel on the homepage, but it just won’t work.

    4. Category and other blog pages: is there a way to make the featured images all display at the same size, or do we have to resize all the featured images before uploading?

    Many thanks for your help.

    Hi @kengjoran,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

    1. Font of the blog snippets on the homepage (under Must Read). We are using a custom font, so I have tried putting in a custom css to use the font on the snippet but I can’t even find the right css to change.

You can try changing it using the Yellow Pencil editor as described on the below page.

    3. Homepage layout settings in theme panel: I have tried all of them, clicked update but the homepage looks the same with all settings. I want full width with no side panel on the homepage, but it just won’t work.

You can change it by editing the page using the WPBakery page builder and change the page columns.

    4. Category and other blog pages: is there a way to make the featured images all display at the same size, or do we have to resize all the featured images before uploading?

Please try regenerating thumbnails on your site using the below plugin.

    Best regards,

    Hi there,

    Many thanks.

I’ve managed to make the colour change, but for the columns, I have single column selected in WPBakery but somehow there is still and empty space for a sidebar next to the blog posts. I have chosen full width in settings, on the page settings and on the theme settings for main page. Please advise.

    Thank you

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

Alternatively, you can use the below plugins and grant me limited temporary login access to your website.

    Hi there,

I sent the logins via private info field, just checking you got them.

    Many thanks

    No, I didn’t get it.

Could you please share it again and also send it on [email protected]

For some reason the private message is not going through – have emailed it with the subject ‘kengjoran profile shufflehound ticket’.  Please check your junk folder if it’s not in your inbox.

    Many thanks!

    Solution for this topic

    I received your email.

I logged into your website and saw you have broken your website home page by using both the Wpbakery and elementer page builders.

Please note that you can only edit the page using the same page builder that you used to create it so if you have used WPBakery or Unyson or Gutenberg or elementer or any other page builder then please use the same page builder to edit the page.

Do not switch between page builders or else you will lose the content so choose the page builder that you want to use initially when you create the article content.

Now, please restore the older version of the page from the revisions or older backup of our website If you have any.

    Hello,

We have finally gotten our homepage to look how we want, many thanks for you help 🙂

Just trying to make the top slider items look right on mobile, I’ve tried changing the responsive settings for the columns in WPBakery, but top and bottom of slider still get cut off.

Basically want the full slider images to show on mobile, any tips would be hugely appreciated.

It’s the slider at the top of this page: https://35.189.229.170

    Many thanks!

To help us keep the support thread separates could you please create a new thread for each of your other questions instead of asking them in your single thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.

If you want to you can also add a reference to this thread in your newly created thread.

We would be more than happy to help you with your new thread.
