Reason: http_request_failed – cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10001 milliseconds.I cannot import demo data in two ways.
Both ways go to the same problem as I sent the image above.
I want to import the magazine template data.

When I tried from the other web server(Google Compute Engine), I could download the theme without error.
It confirms that this is your web server related issue.
