Remove the "Leave a Comment" button in AMP mode

Hi,
When we browse the blog in AMP mode, there is a “Leave a Comment” button at the end of the page. How can we remove it?
(we have completely disabled commenting)

Can you also please let us know how we can modify the footer in AMP?
