Anytime I go to install the extensions for Mega Menu and Backup & Demo Content through Unyson they fail.
No matter which screen, the error is the same.. that it fails to download items from GitHub please see the screenshot.
How can i get around this?

Ok so i did the upgrade to get rid of Unyson and go fully onto redux – but the demo stuff still wont load for me

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

I logged into your website and saw this is happening because the WordPress admin-ajax.php file is not accessible on your website and also you are using the older PHP version as shown in the attached screenshots.
Please contact your web host to update the PHP version and make the WordPress admin-ajax.php file accessible so that you can import the demo content.
So the suggested is 7.4 but 7.2 is supported, no?
Is there a way to manually import the demo data? no matter what i try i cannot make that file accessible =/

I am ripping my hair out trying to figure this out.
That PHP notice is not specific to the theme but it is a WordPress notice and has nothing to do with the theme.
Currently, there is no manual demo content.
Have you contacted your web host to resolve it?
Also, please ask your web host to whitelist the domain shufflehound.com
