Instagram footer not showing. If I put it on other widget area like the 3 footer, it’s showing.

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
You can display it by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

After using the code please clear cache on your site from W3 Total Cache.
I emptied the cache in W3 Total Cache but it’s still not showing
It seems because of the symbol > misinterpreted by theme in the provided code it is not working on your site so please use that code using below plugin.

To display it like shown on demo site please use Instagram widget instead of Shufflehound Instagram widget as shown in the attached screenshot.
