Is it possible to achieve it with Visual Composer?
It is not possible to achieve it with Visual Composer as Visual Composer only allows you to add content page content area but not outside it.

You have to use child theme. I don’t know any video tutorial of it. You have to develop custom code and if you are not developer please consider hiring a developer.
