Purchase code is not working while activating. Can you please take look on this ASAP?

Thanks. Theme is activated. But now I’m facing trouble in activating plugin. Please check the screenshot for more information.
For some unknown reason your website are being block as a bot. We will inspect it, but for now you can just download ZIPs manually from those links you shown us in the screenshot and uploaded them in the plugin section under add new button.
Plugins installed. Again error occurred.
Plugins have license from our theme – that means that there is no need activate individual plugins.
Please try to install demo content again and let us know if that works now. š

Theme is completed installed.
While importing demo I’ve this issue.
Can you please let me know why this is happening?
Most likely it is due to same issue as previously – for some reason our servers blocks your website requests and we usually don’t have such an issue.
Can you please let us know which demo are you trying to install and how the important content looks in your website after the importing?
We are trying to import Medical demo.
If needed we can login and try to help to fix the missing images
Sure you can login in admin panel. Credentials are same as previous.
