After I mad some changes to my website the following information is shown at the top of my website.

Okay, bo will I need to make all the changes once again? Or my content will remain as it is now?
It should remain as is only please check that you are using a recent theme version. Currently the latest version is 5.3.2
Got it. Is there any way to update the them inside the WordPress system?

Could you please provide me with the step-by-step instruction on how to do it? As I really don’t want all my content to disappear
If you have the theme activated in the dashboard then you can re-check the WordPress updates and the theme update should appear as we just published it as a stable update.
