Hi team,
Today I noticed that Javelin lost part of the backend configuration:
It is looking like this:
https://office365atwork.com/teams/microsoft-teams-status-message-examples/
week ago 17th April it looked like this:
https://web.archive.org/web/20230417070838/https://office365atwork.com/teams/microsoft-teams-status-message-examples/
I restored the database and files from the 13th April – there’s no change. Look like the whole Backend configuration is lost.
Hi there,
Can you please let us know if you still use the Unyson framework plugin?
It is long deprecated and could cause issues like this. We recommend upgrading to the Redux framework under Jevelin (left sidebar) > Framework Upgrade. The only thing to notice is that you need to check if you still have any pages/posts built with the Unyson page builder before removing it completely.
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Thanks for the feedback. I did execute the Framework upgrade, but Back end configuration is still missing. Is there a way to restore it?
That is strange, currently, we are not sure what exactly could cause this.
If it is possible then we can offer to log in to your website and inspect this issue further (the login information can be shared in the private information field).
