Hello – I’m trying to import a Jevelin-themed demo using OCDI 3.1.2 but after clicking ‘Import Demo,’ it just takes me to a blank page. I’m on WordPress 6.3.1 which sounds like it may not be compatible with OCDI 3.1.2.
Is there a newer version of OCDI that is compatible with WordPress 6.3.1? Or is there any other solution somebody can point me to?

We just updated all in our testing site and OCDI 3.1.2 with WordPress 6.3.1 seems to be working fine.
Can you please check if you have updated the theme to the latest 5.7 version?

Yes, I am on Jevelin 5.7 and have all the up-to-date plugins. Once I click ‘Import Demo,’ I just get taken to a blank page (see attachment for screenshot)

Would it be possible to login to your website to debug this issue further? (you can share it in the private information field).
That could help a lot, as at the moment, we are not sure about what could cause it.
