Hi there, just a couple questions about my site.

    1. On the portfolio page, if a portfolio item is in two different categories, how is it determined which of the categories get displayed under it? In the screenshot, I’d like “Washington Post” to be what is displayed, but it shows “Opinion” instead.

    2. Is it possible to have a page have a different background/font color for a specific page, but not the whole site? An example is how on http://www.samharris.org it’s white with black text, but on the about page (https://samharris.org/about/) it’s the opposite with a black background and white text

    Thanks

    Hi @cameronhr,

It is displayed in the first attached category in the alphabetical order.

Yes you can achieve it using Yellow Pencil editor as described in the following page.

Is there any way I can change it from being alphabetical? It’s pretty important for me to be able to decide which one gets displayed. If not, is there a way to manually change the text displayed for each specific item? Maybe with html or css?

    Thanks again

To achieve this, you have to develop custom code in the child theme of Jevelin theme.

Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here. Please see https://themeforest.net/item/jevelin-multipurpose-premium-responsive-wordpress-theme/14728833/support

If you are not a developer then you can consider hiring a developer to develop it for you. You can hire a developer from any freelance site. Shufflehound recommends the developer https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~011652ffec8865c6d5
