    Hi @kunal_83,

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

I troubleshooted it on your shared site and found this is happening because the ajax file admin-ajax.php on your shared site is not accessible which you can see here http://www.saucsystems.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

It is displaying File not found (404 error) instead it should display 0 on visiting above URL.

Please contact your web host to know whether they have blocked it or any proxy blocking it.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

my website is under Beta folder. So my actual url for Ajax file is: http://www.saucsystems.com/beta/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php

Then your site General settings please make sure you have set the same URLs there as shown in the attached screenshot.

    My problem is still unresolved.

    Please help.

You can see in the shared screenshot that the error is still occurring on your site.

Would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able see it.”?

    Solution for this topic

Now I have moved my site out of Beta folder to the root domain and hence contact form is working properly.

    http://saucsystems.com

I suggest your team to update the programming of contact form so that it works on sub-domains or sub-folders like I was trying previously.

For now, thank you for your help.

    All the best 🙂

Glad it is working fine for you now.

Sure we will troubleshoot it more to make it smoothly work on sub-domains or sub-folders.
