Alt tag on images in team member
Hi,
For SEO purposes I need to have alt tags on my images. I’ve used the team member style, but it doesn’t include the alt tag set in the media gallery. What is the code I can enter into the file, so that the alt tag will show?
Found the file
Jevelin: view.php (framework-customizations/extensions/shortcodes/shortcodes/team-member/views/view.php) <div class=”sh-team-image”>
This section here:
<div class=”sh-team-image”>
<?php if( $lazy && $image_width > 0 && $ratio ) :?> <div class=”ratio-container” style=”padding-top: <?php echo esc_attr( $ratio ); ?>%;”> <div class=”ratio-content”> ” alt=”” /> </div> </div> <?php else : ?> ” alt=”” /> <?php endif; ?>
</div>
Hi @ChristineMartin ,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please share the page URL from your site where it is displaying so that I can help you?
Best regards, Shufflehound team
If you run the Google Chrome inbuilt lighthouse audit on accessibility, you will see it fails on the image alt tags.
