When I chose Jevelin -> Costumize -> Backend Options
The loading Icon briefly appears but it does not load the options anymore
Happens on Safari and chrome. Clearing cache did not help

Yes, that also works fine for me.
Could you please test it using a different browser and deactivating all of your browser extensions?
The same thing happens to me too, I can’t access the Backend Option.
I tried to deactivate and reactivate the plug-ins and with the Safari and Chrome browsers.

@natamike Have you tried clearing the browser cache and deactivating all the browser extensions?
Please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the theme.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Redux framework, and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
I tried clearing the browser cache and deactivated all the browser extensions, I also tried on different devices.
I deactivated all plugins and then enabled one by one and seems there’s no conflict. With all plugins deactivated (just Unyson activate) the issue is the same.
Jevelin version is already 4.9.1

@natamike Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
Ok, here it is. Please try again several times as sometimes it seems to work

I’m sorry but it doesn’t work, I tried it on different devices (Imac, Ipad, Iphone) and different browser (Safari, Chrome).
Have you tried visiting the shared URLs?
Please replace https://www.yourwebsite.it with your website domain name in the shared URLs.
I activated third party cookies in Chrome and now it shows again
yes I tried and it happened that as soon as connected it worked and I was able to view the page, but then the problem reappears and I can no longer view it.

Maybe I explained myself wrong: the problem is not solved, only a few times I managed to view the options page and even when this happens if I change section (ex. dashboard) I can no longer load it.

When you tried with my WP account did you reload several times?@natamike I have tested it several times on your website and it works fine.
It seems the issue is specific to your browser or system.
