    Hi Shufflehound Team,

    I experienced an issue with the Jevelin Blog theme. When I click on a relevant blog post to full text, the full text does not show up, although text and pictures are correctly added in the blog entry in the backend. See pics attached.

    Please help!!!

    Hi there,

     

    That is strange.

    Can you please change “Template” in the right side of the blog post edit page? It can be seen in your shared screenshot.

    Hi Shufflehound team,

    Thanks for getting back so quickly. Yes, the Template is set to “Standard Template (Default)”. If I change to another Template, e.g. Redux Full Width, then the full text appears but no title of the post appears and the right sidebar is gone. That is really strange. Now, I know that the problem is related to the template selected.

    Do you have another hind?

    Would it be possible to access your website? We will need the access data to your website to do further tests as otherwise we don’t have any ideas why that could be happening as it is working fine in our test servers.
