Good morning,
Out of the blue some features and plugins aren’t working properly. Which are the box slider and the related posts function. Further more one plugin which is also relates to posts isn’ working on the landing page but it does on the category page. Weird. So I tested all plugins but nothing has changed.
Please advise how to solve the issue.

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Please try deleting and reinstalling latest version of Gillion theme.
This can be child theme issue used on your site so to confirm it just temporary use the Gillion theme on your site. If everything works fine then it’s your child theme issue.
Also this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

Thank you. I tested what you have recommended but nothing has changed. Blog slider, plugin and loading more function still don’t work. So what else can cause or solve the issue?

No the issue isn’t solved at all. Out of the blue the theme reseted and all settings were gone but all functions were working fine again. Weird. Than I make all the former setting, the site works very slow but fine. Very recently the site reseted again and all settings were gone again. Needless to say that’s very annoying. Any idea what the cause could be?

May be some admin user or malware may be doing it on your site so please change all admin credentials and make your site more secure by taking appropriate steps.
Thank you. The site isn’t yet public and I’m the only admin. I did file and malware scanning nothing found and already did appropriate secure steps as well. Now it’s working again but still very slow. Any other ideas?
