I’d like to know if it’s possible that I disabled some of your page builders plugins, so I can use the Gutenberg editor provided by WordPress, since I need some features this editor provides.

We found that you had Classic Editor plugin installed and active. This plugin disables Gutenberg editor.
After disabling it Gutenberg editors works as it should.
Can you please confirm it?
