Home › Forums › Jevelin Theme › Categories Displaying All, Not Filtering
Hi! I’ve tried searching through threads, and I couldn’t find a DIY fix to this one, so here’s another ticket–
I’ve used the Portfolio section as a showcase for some of our workshops, but the categories display stacked, and the filtering doesn’t work.
I’ve tried installing the Jevelin_4.5.8_Wordpreess_theme.zip file I saw from another thread, but it’s still the same. This is the case on both my Home Page, and on our Workshops (Portfolio) page.
Help?
Hi @Yelle,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please share the page URL from your site where it is not working so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
It appears on both the Home Page here:
And the Portfolio page:
http://craftmnl.com/workshops-2/
Basically wherever we insert the Portfolio module (whether the regular one, or the fancy one).
Thanks!
I could confirm the issue on your website but I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using the latest version of Jevelin theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.
Please try temporarily removing the custom CSS code If you are using any on your website.
Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Solution for this topic
Okay! I tried deactivating all of the plugins one by one, and yes! One particular one was interfering. So it’s working fine now. Thank you very much!
You are most welcome here 🙂
