In your Clean Demo you have a single post displayed on top of your homepage, what element is that? Or how do I recreate it?

That page is created by configuring it as shown in the first attached screenshot and the post that you want to display on that page is configured as displayed in the second attached screenshot.

Follow up question
Is it always the latest entry that shows at the top (ie. full width). Or is this possible to control? Say I want the 3rd post to show as the full width post instead.
I tried to turn off the “featured posts” setting in the blog post but turn it on another blog post but the latest still shows as the full width post
It is always latest post.
