WPbaker does not seem to be working when trying to edit this demo content. Is there a reason?

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Are you getting any error message or anything else when you try to edit it?
Could you please share me the screenshot of the screen where you are trying to edit it?
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson & WPBakery plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
