    Hi,

    I’m trying to import demo for Jevelin 5.1.1 to my website. However, it’s showing me Error 400. None of the import data is imported. All necessary plugins are installed.

    What I tried to do:

    deactivate/reactivate plugins

    delete all plugins and re-install

    re-install jevelin theme

    clean wordpress cashe

    clean browser cashe

    Any ideas how to fix it?

    Hi there,

     

    It could be related to the WordPress hosting settings.

    Can you please share your login data to your website in the private field? Then we could try to debug it.

    My hosting provider fixed it. They had to update the PHP limits. Thanks!
