    I am not sure which email you are referring to so could you please describe it a bit more in detail by sharing the screenshot?

    It seems from your shared screenshot that you are configuring the email details in the wrong place.

    If the test email gets send then please edit the contact form displayed on your shared page and configure its settings as described in the below topic.

    Do you mean the test email works but not the email sent using the contact form?

     

    If yes then Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily share me your site admin login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?

    I logged into your website and saw the test email is getting sent using above shared check email plugin but it doesn’t get sent using the Contact form option as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    It seems the SMTP details that you have configured in the contact form settings is not correct so please contact your WebHost to make sure the SMTP details are correct.

    You are using a custom domain email address on your website which is generated by the web host that you are using so you have to contact your web host to get correct custom domain email SMTP details.
