Greetings, our current host runs PHP 5.3.3 and was wondering if the current version of Jevelin works with it. At the moment we’re getting an empty theme settings page, see attached screenshot, after upgrading to the latest release.

    Hi @8thfloorads,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

You are using outdated version of PHP on your site causing the issue so please update it to the latest version by contacting your web host.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

Hi there, upgrading PHP will not be an option on our end. Is there a way we can get the previous version of the theme?

    Solution for this topic

It is not theme specific but WordPress specific.

To run WordPress it recommends your host supports PHP version 7.2 or greater. Please see https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

    Also see http://php.net/supported-versions.php

You are using outdated PHP version which WordPress doesn’t support so it is highly recommended to update PHP version.

I have attached older theme versions to this reply.

Yeah, looks like we’re stuck until our dev upgrades our server, which is highly unlikely. Anyway, thanks for the help.

    Cheers!

You are most welcome here 🙂
