Hi there,
I’ve been using Jevelin and just deactivated WP Page Bakery plugin, and am now getting an http error 500 message – I can’t even access my WP login page.
Can you please let me know asap how to resolve this? Login details in PM should you need them.

It is not a theme issue but your server issue therefore we requested to resolve it as described in the below page.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve just enabled WP_DEBUG mode and it appears to be an issue with the plugin I deactivated – can you let me know how I can resolve this from within my FTP? I can’t even access my wp-admin page as things stand.

Hi, this issue has now been resolved by deleting the Jevelin theme and then re-uploading it.
