Everything about this theme is so great.
To begin with the theme itself, it is so beautiful, smooth and elegant. I spent days in order to find the best theme, and I am so glad that I landed on this. I bet that in one year this theme will be featured as one of the best selling on Envato Market.It just works!
And of course… the support. They reply in a few hours! I feel that somehow they have connected their brain with the support and this is why they have such a meteoric response rate.

It is using Open Sans, size 14px, weight 300. You can use Chrome to inspect any element and view the CSS for it. Just right click > inspect.
