Hi,
I want to have the navigation header fixed on the page like what you would see at this website – https://www.armor.com. I don’t want it to be overlayed on the slider. Ideally, I’d still like the ability to turn on sticky header.

You can achieve that by disabling the sticky header in the theme header settings as shown in the attached screenshot.

Sorry I wasn’t more clear.
What I am wanting to do is to lock the home page navigation in place above the slider revolution. I don’t want the navigation overlaying the slider. See http://www.armor.com for what I want. I want to be able to have a white-background navigation static on the page.

If you don’t want to display the navigation on the slider then please edit that page and make sure its header option is not set to light as described in the below topic.

Thank you very much! This is what I needed.
One tip – it might make sense to provide this option in the main Header menu of the Theme Appearance section where other settings like Sticky Header are.

It is not a global option but page-specific, therefore, it is not added in the theme options.
