When trying to change or remove the Journal footer image, I am unable to change.
Steps I am following..
- Go to Footer
- Select – Journal-Footer
- Edit with WP Bakery
- Edit Page with YellowPencil
I can see the default image but cannot change. Editor shows that I changed, but once saved, the default image is still there.
Please advise.

Could you please share your site URL where it’s displaying so that I can help you to change it?
You have to change it using the WpBakery page builder and not the Yellow Pencil editor.

You can change the image from the footer template row background setting as shown in the attached screenshot.
