Few test engines show 404-error.
For example, GT metrix says:
“The following requests are returning 404/410 responses. Either fix the broken links, or remove the references to the non-existent resources.
<div>
</div>
I haven’t found it in mediafiles. Neither was I able to find any link to that image.
What can that be? How to delete it from the theme?
Hi @podsolnuhi,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Which image file have you set in the theme footer options as shown in the attached screenshots?
Also, could you please temporarily clear and disable the cache that you are using on your site?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hello,
I turned off that part of the footer. Copyright bar is off.
I have disabled cache plugin.
Best regards,
Andrey.
Now the reference of the footer.jpg file is removed from your site.
Sorry I didn’t get it. Why is it removed now? Who did it? May I turn on the cashing plugin?
It got removed because of the footer theme options changes that you made above.
Yes, you can turn on the caching plugin now.
I made those changes one week ago 🙂
The error I had described above happened AFTER that.
It seems we are missing track of communication here.
You have created this topic as footer.jpg file was getting referenced which do not exist.
To resolve this I recommended some suggestions in my below reply posted above.
https://support.shufflehound.com/forums/topic/footer-jpg/#post-40851
And you made those changes and issue got resolved.
Right?
