I visited your shared site and it displays correctly for me as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could you please tell me exactly what is the issue you are facing?

Shufflehound teamyes, your screenshot is correct but is not an animated gif in mobile phone… if you see the same image at desktop displays correctly as animated gif.
The below gif image displays fine on mobile

But not the following gif image

So it seems the issue with the gif image file and not a theme.
