    Hello,

I’m trying to create rich cards in Google Search Console but it can’t read the featured images on my blog posts. It can read almost any other image on the page however.

I know that in the Jevelin theme the featured image isn’t saveable if you right click to save – is there a way to turn that function off? It might also fix the data highlighter problem.

    Thanks!

    Emily

    Hi Emily,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

I can save it as shown in the attached screenshot which you can confirm on our demo site here https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/team-retreat-at-ocean-spa/

Could you please share me the page URL from your site where it is not getting saved so that i can troubleshoot it?

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

Yep! This link (or any other blog link) https://venturelab.ca/three-venturelab-companies-announce-htf-awards-at-1-4m/

And I’ve attached a screen shot of what my computer does when I try to right click.

    Thanks!

    Solution for this topic

I can visit the image on your shared site https://i0.wp.com/venturelab.ca/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/HTF-Health-Technologies-Fund-Award-2m.jpg?fit=1024%2C576&ssl=1

I visited your shared site and it seems you are using Jetpack plugin on your site so could you please try temporary deactivating its Photon module on your site as shown in the attached screenshot?

This jetpack photon module is not updating the images stored on wp.com so to resolve the issue either disable this module or update the images on wp.com by contacting jetpack support team.

Ah you’re amazing, thank you so much! That was a silly move on my part! That fixed it.

Have a great day and thanks for the fantastic support as always!

You are most welcome here 🙂
