    When configuring Google Maps elements in a page, I get this error:

     

    I’ve added the API Key in the element and I still get this error.

    Hi @eebritosa,

     

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

     

    I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme as displayed in the attached screenshot.

     

    Please make sure you are using latest version of Jevelin theme.

     

    If you are still facing the issue then would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will bee able see it.”?

    I logged in to your site but didn’t find the page where you are using Google map having API key.

    I visited your shared page but didn’t find Google API key set in any of the three Google Maps content element you are using on the page as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    Please get the API key as described in the following page and set it there.

    Apparently I hadn’t used the correct key, thanks for your time! It’s fixed now.

    Hello Support team,

     

    Ia have the same issue. No matters what address I set, always I get a map of a kind of Australia place. I got my API Key from Google Maps developer. I pasted in theme in the Google API Key place. I installed the plugin: API KEY for Google Maps, and nothing happens. I got the Australia map again and again. Please help me out with this issue.
