I reverted back to older version. I updated the WPbakery plugin and it still didn’t work.
Any workarounds?

It seems you are using an older version of the theme on your website so please update it to the below latest version as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/installing-demo/
Please clear your browser cache after updating the theme so that the latest js and CSS files will be loaded.

Could you please tell me where you are checking the theme update and if possible share the screenshot of it?
I don’t want to install a theme that is in a “beta” version. Isn’t there another theme update that is not in beta.
When I update to WP 5.5
the animation and image are missing. You can go to naturalfertility.com and the image below and the animation next to it do not show up in WP 5.5.
That beta theme version 4.7.1 is now released in public and is also available to download from Themeforest as below so it is no more beta and you can use it.
I don’t have to pay for this theme do I? I already own Jevelin. If not how do I download it to my site? The 4.6.5 version is not showing anywhere I can upgrade.
The shared is the same Jevelin theme.
The Jevelin theme is a premium theme therefore you won’t see its update in the admin area of your website like other free themes.
You can update the theme as I have described in my reply posted earlier or install and configure the below plugin to get theme updates.
I don’t see instructions for installing the new Jevelin theme, please resend step by step instructions. thank you
