Hi, I’ve been told to now create a new thread, please refer to https://support.shufflehound.com/forums/topic/instagram-widget-display-strange/#post-74722 for previous conversation.
Issue: I have updated the website with the new version for the theme 5.0.3 with the attached issue.
The image doesn’t show up but the hash tags do? prior to this the images always showed and the hag tags didn’t (which is our preference).
I’ve had a look at the mobile version and desk top version and both aren’t showing instagram images.
Chrome shows only hash tags
Fire fox shows no feed at all.
I’ve done as you have requested but with no positive result?
Please help!

I could confirm the issue on your shared website.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

I could confirm the issue on my test site, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
Ok if you can please advise when fixed that would be appreciated, I’ve just had a look at the site on Chrome desktop and it still showing no instagram images?!

Instagram again changed something that caused this functionality to break.
We tried to fix it, but at the moment looks like this functionality needs to be rewritten Or we will search for a different Instagram plugin.
In the meanwhile, you can use any other Instagram plugin.

Ok, I’ve had a look and shufflehound instagram works on the mobile device now (images show) just not on desk top version. I’ll wait for the fix as I don’t want the look / feel of the site to change.

Hi, Its now been 3 weeks and no update? This is very concerning! Our clients are commenting on the image error on our site! This does not look good for our brand!
