I received an email from themeforest that there are some updates to the Gillion theme I am running on my site.

I checked in the wordpress update page. The theme shows upto date.
Also, I do not see any update button for the theme within wordpress.

Theme: Gillion
Theme Version: 2.2.4
WordPress: 5.0.3
PHP: 7.0.33Do I have to download the updates from the themeforest & like manually install them in wordpress?
Isn’t there any way to update the theme from within wordpress, just like we update the wordpress plugins?
Also, Is there a theme update log which would inform me of the new stuff rolled out in the new versions
