    Hello,

    I cannot load any “One Click Demo Import” without receiving a fatal error.

    I have included the error in the private information field. Please help me resolve this issue.

    yes, I am using the most up to date version.

    Then would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

    this is on my private offline local server through XAMPP, If you can use team viewer or a like application I will gladly allow you access.

    We only provide support in this support forum.

     

    Could you please tell me more information about your setups such as Jevelin, WordPress, PHP, and WooCommerce versions?

    Solution for this topic

    Thanks for your responsiveness and willingness to support, I figured out the error. The Woocommerce plugin was not active. this resolved my issue, just had to look at what the error was calling for.
