    Hi,

I get this error when trying to set up a javelin theme.

An error occurred while fetching file from: https://api.shufflehound.com/jevelin/ocdi_wpbakery_files/mobile_app/mobile_app_content.xml!
Reason: http_request_failed – stream_socket_client(): unable to connect to ssl://api.shufflehound.com:443 (Connection timed out).

The server where my site is located is in a private area.

In addition, When ı want to install recommened plugins ‘Contact Form7’, ‘WooCommerce’, ‘Yellow Pencil Pro’, ‘MailChimp For WordPress’ and AMP , I get ‘ something went wrong with the plugin API’ error.

Also I installed required plugins ‘Unyson Framework and WPbakery Page Builder’ manually

    Hi @sergen_esendemir,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

The server where my site is located is in a private area.

This is the issue that your website can’t import demo content or install plugins from external public servers.

Please make sure that your website can call & access public servers to make it work.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

    Hi,

Yes, it appears to have been successfully downloaded in the log file, but is not imported later. I keep getting 500 error with the latest version of javalin.

I throw the javalin plugin under the theme folder manually with filezilla. Is this a problem?

    In addition,

I check the javalin success import log file.

The log file should be same in the Attachments screen shot file.

Yes, it appears to have been successfully downloaded in the log file, but is not imported later.

Could you please tell me how you are checking whether the demo content is imported successfully or not?

You should check whether the pages and posts of demo content are created in the admin area of your website.

I keep getting 500 error with the latest version of javalin.

The 500 Internal server error is related to server that you can fix as described below.

The Jevelin is a theme and not plugin.

Yes, this can be a problem so please delete and reinstall it from the WordPress admin area.

I check the javalin success import log file.

The log file should be same in the Attachments screen shot file.

Yes, it is the same and displays in your shared screenshot that the startup creative demo content is successfully imported.

You should ignore other messages displayed in the import log.

I installed the javalin theme on a server with open internet without any problems, everything is fine on that server. Then I backed up the wordpress folder on this server to my local computer. All plugins belonging to javalin are installed in this backup.

Then I connected to the server on my private network with filezilla and copied the entire folder to / var / www / html with ftp.

But I edited wp-config.php according to the new server and export. everything is fine but if i want to import a new theme i get 500 error.

If it is working fine on your server but not on your local computer then it seems the issue with your local computer.

Please import the demo content on your server where it is getting imported successfully and then export the content in file and import that file on your local computer.

    Hi,

http://64.227.78.17/ server is a server open to the internet, everything is ok and we can import it properly with one click demo.

I downloaded all the wordpress files on this server to my local computer with filezilla. Then I put it in the other server’s / www / html directory that has no internet access in the local.

Now plugins like wpbakery yellowpencil are working but still one click demo give internal error 500.

I am sharing two log file screenshots with you.

1  ) The first log is the faulty log that occurred during one click import. This log occurred on the local server. when server is give 500 error.

2 ) The second log belongs to successful demo addition. This log took place on an open internet server.

My first question is, does the javelin need to connect to any website from a special port during import according to the logs? If any conneciton needed , our proxy maybe not allow this connection.

Second question, can any plugin caues this 500 internal problem?

Third questions, Is it possible to manually add any ready-made demo of javaline without using one click demo plug-in? For example, is it possible to manually import the https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/blog1/from-side-to-side/ demo theme into the site without using One Click Demo Import?

Yes, it connects to https://api.shufflehound.com on port 80.

Yes, the plugin can cause the error so please try deactivating all plugins except Unyson and wpbakery page builder.

There isn’t any demo file to import manually but you can export the content from the server where you have imported the demo content and import it on your local server.

    Hi,

I deactived all plugin except Unyson and wpbakery page builder and one click demo ımport . you can see in the attachment screen shot. But still get the 500 internal error when the import demo theme.

And also ı exported all wp-content file from 64.227.78.17 server my local computer via ftp filezilla. Isn’t it right to export this way?

Now I send to this wp-content file local server. I will change old wp-content file. Then can ı use one click import ?
    <div id=”gtx-trans” style=”position: absolute; left: -6px; top: 182px;”>
    <div class=”gtx-trans-icon”></div>
    </div>

Then it means this is not a plugin conflict issue so please try using other solutions as described below.

    No, it is not right.

You should use WordPress export/import as described below.
