Hi, I have read some older posts about not being able to change the H1 tag, and some suggestions to install the jevelin child theme, but the ones that I have seen are fairly old. Can you please send me this theme if it is available and explain to me exactly how to install it? I really need help.

There is no old or new child theme and you can use any of them.
You have to just install and activate the theme on your website.

Then I please need to be walked through how to update <H1> headers. My SEO company says that I need to update these and I don’t know how. I need to put target keywords in my H1 headers.

The page and post titles are displayed in the h1 heading tags so you need to create the titles accordingly.
