Hi,
Just purchased this theme and am trying to add my logo, site details etc – just the basics… I have pressed save and publish but it is not doing it. The option in the button doesn’t change to ‘saved’ (as I’m used to with other themes) and when I try and exit from the customiser window, it tells me my changes will be lost or stay on the page… Any clues to why this is happening?Hi @grafixbiz,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
I have tested it on my test site and it’s working fine for me using latest version of Jevelin theme.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
