Hi,
I bought the Jevelin Theme, and I imported the Digital Media Agency theme. However, when I viewed my website, everything was imported incorrectly. The header was missing, content all over the place, missing pictures !!
i need to resolve this problem !Note: i installed and activated the theme required plugins.

all page’s didn’t working, missing pictures and header & footer was missing !!

Was the demo content imported successfully on your website?
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

I have resolved it on your website.

I didn’t delete it but I think it got deleted because I reset the content on your website using the WP Reset plugin so that I can import the new content.
You can use the shared admin account and create your admin account again.

and what the height and width current logo ?
There is no specific requirement of the logo size.
You can change the logo size from the theme header settings as shown in the attached screenshots.
