Logo Issue
Regarding your logo issue it is happening because of the below custom CSS code that you are using on your via Yellow Pencil Editor so please remove it to resolve the issue.
.sh-nav-left li .sh-standard-logo { text-transform: lowercase; text-decoration: overline; display: none; }You can remove the code by resetting style as described in the below pages.

It seems the confusion is happening in your site because you have created category and page having same name “Mon école” so please resolve it.
Search page structure
To change it, you have to develop custom code in the search.php file of Gillion child theme.
Developing custom code for custom functionality is beyond the scope of support that we provide here.
