Purchase ID
Hi,
Use this to get past the private password wall
<div></div>
As you will see here
https://weatherall-uk.com/clarex-optical-cast-acrylic/clarex-acrylic/
The map is showing the incorrect location, not sure why this is?
Dan
Hi Dan,
Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
You don’t need to share your Purchase ID.
Also please don’t share sensitive information on the forum as this is public forum. Please change the shared credentials as a possible.
If you want to share anything privately then you can do so by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”.
I visited your shared site and saw the Google map is displaying Australia location which seems wrong.
Please try using the solutions shared in the following topics to make it work.

Hi,
Those links did’nt help. When I cvheck console I get this message.
util.js:225 Google Maps JavaScript API warning: RetiredVersion https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#retired-version
Please help.
Then Would you mind if I log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporary share me your site admin log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able see it)”?
Also please tell me which address so you want to set in the map?
Here you go.
Thank you for sharing your site URL but no login page is working on your site so could you please share me the login page URL that you are using?
Also please tell me which address so you want to set in the map?
As I linked above, before you can access WP admin, you need to use these details to get passed the security wall. (In private area)
Then login using WP details, tested and they work
Weatherall Equipment & Instruments Ltd

Thanks
Actually what I meant I can’t access /wp-admin on your site.
Whenever I try to visit https://yoursite.com/wp-admin or https://yoursite.com/wp-login.php then I get the below error message.
Not Found
The requested URL /wp-admin was not found on this server.
Could you please logout from your site and try to log in again to see the issue?
You need to login using the domain provided in private, not the example you gave.
I logged into your site and resaved the Google map location fields one by one which made the map displays correctly but you are getting below javascript error message on your site as shown in the attached screenshot which you should resolve contacting Google support.
You have exceeded your request quota for this API. See https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages?utm_source=maps_js&utm_medium=degraded&utm_campaign=billing#api-key-and-billing-errors
That makes no sense as the same API is used on other sites, unless the quota is based on the number of sites its used on?
Yes that is what the message is telling that You have exceeded your request quota for this API
